Services and prices
What a visit costs, before it starts
Every price below is a genuine starting point. We confirm the exact price at drop-off, after checking your pet's coat with you, and it never changes at pickup.
The routine
How a grooming session runs
From the first sniff to the pickup photo, nothing here happens without your say-so.
Drop-off and coat check
We look over the coat, ears, nails and skin together, then agree the plan and the exact price before you leave.
Bath and blow-dry
Warm water, pet-safe shampoo and low-noise dryers, with water breaks whenever your pet asks for one.
The cut
Scissor and clipper work at an unhurried pace. Nervous pets are booked into the quietest slot of the day.
Photo and pickup
We message you a photo when your pet is ready, then walk you through the session notes at collection.
Cats and daycare
Cats are groomed in a separate quiet room, never within sight or sound of dogs. Daycare is for sociable dogs and capped at twelve a day.
Cat grooming
from RM 90
A bath or dry groom in the quiet room, handled by our cat groomer with towel wraps instead of restraints.
Kitten first visit
RM 40
A gentle introduction for kittens under six months. Short handling, light tidy, home before naptime.
Daycare day pass
RM 55
A supervised playgroup morning, a nap room afternoon and a photo of the day at pickup.
New daycare dogs start with a half-day trial so we can introduce them to the group slowly.
Questions owners ask us
Do you sedate pets for grooming?
Never. If a pet is too stressed to continue safely, we stop, call you, and suggest a shorter plan or a second visit. You do not pay for a groom we could not finish.
What vaccinations do you require?
Dogs need their annual vaccinations and cats their core shots. Bring the vaccination book to your first visit and we photograph it once for our records.
My dog's coat is badly matted. Can you save it?
Sometimes, and we will be honest about it. We never put a pet through hours of painful de-matting. If brushing out would hurt, we recommend a shorter clip and show you how to keep the new coat tangle-free.
How long does a groom take?
Around ninety minutes for a bath and tidy, and up to three hours for a full groom once breaks are counted. We message you when your pet is ready instead of leaving them waiting in a cage.
Can I stay and watch?
You are welcome to wait in the front room for any first visit. Most pets settle faster once their owner is out of sight, and the photo update usually does the reassuring after that.
Can we try daycare for one day first?
Please do. Every new dog starts with a half-day trial and a slow introduction to the group, and we will tell you honestly whether they enjoyed it or merely endured it.
