Before your first visit
Three small things that make a first groom noticeably smoother.
Bring the vaccination book
We photograph it once at your first visit and keep it on file. After that, just bring the pet and their favourite mood.
Walk your dog first
A short walk before drop-off burns off the wiggles and makes bath time calmer. Cats should arrive in their own carrier with a familiar towel inside.
Tell us the quirks
Hates dryers, guards their paws, nervous around big dogs. The more we know at drop-off, the gentler the session, so tell us everything.
Book your pet's first visit
Send your pet's name, breed and a recent photo over WhatsApp and we will suggest the right first session. We reply during salon hours, usually between grooms.
