What makes us gentle

  • The pet sets the pace

    Breaks are part of every session and we never sedate. Nervous pets get the quietest slot of the day and all the time they need.

  • A quiet room for cats

    Cats are groomed in their own room, away from the sight and sound of dogs, by a groomer who works with cats every single day.

  • A photo before pickup

    You get a photo when your pet is ready and a before-and-after pair at collection, so you always know how the session went.

What we do

Grooming and daycare, done gently

Three ways in, one rule throughout: nothing is rushed and nothing is decided without you.

  • Dog grooming

    A bath and tidy or a full styling cut, always with breaks for water and a sniff around. Every size is welcome, chihuahua to golden.

  • Cat grooming

    Bath or dry grooms in a separate quiet room, handled by our cat specialist with towel wraps instead of restraints.

  • Dog daycare

    Small supervised playgroups capped at twelve dogs a day, with a proper nap room for the afternoon lull.
