It started with one anxious cat
Carmen Leong spent eight years grooming at a Petaling Jaya vet clinic, and the pets that stayed with her were always the anxious ones. Her own cat Mochi was the worst of the lot, a rescue who hid under the bed for a full day after every wash.
This salon is the one she built for pets like him. A quiet room where cats never see or hear a dog, low-noise dryers, and sessions with room to slow down. The daycare followed in 2023, capped at twelve dogs so afternoons stay calm.
How we work
Three promises to every owner
First, the pet sets the pace. Breaks are part of every session, nervous pets get the quietest slot of the day, and we never sedate. If a groom cannot be finished safely, we stop and call you, and you do not pay for it.
Second, the price is settled at drop-off. We check your pet's coat together, agree exactly what will happen and what it costs, and that number does not move at pickup.
Third, you hear the truth. The photo update shows the groom as it really went, and our session notes tell you what your pet found easy and what they found hard, so the next visit can be gentler than the last.

The calm hands behind every golden, husky and chow. Known for marathon de-shedding sessions and for talking to dogs in a low, steady voice the whole way through.

Cat groomer
Runs the quiet room. Five years of cats-only grooming, towel wraps instead of restraints, and a strict rule that no dog is ever within earshot of her table.
