Before you visit

Do you take walk-ins?

When a chair is free, gladly. Weekday mornings are your best chance. Saturdays are almost always fully booked by Wednesday.

Is there a deposit?

Only for colour appointments over RM 300 and event styling. It is RM 50, comes off your bill, and moves with you if you reschedule two days ahead.

Can I sit quietly and skip the small talk?

Yes. Tell us at booking or just say so in the chair. Quiet appointments are a normal request here, not an awkward one.

What products do you use?

Professional colour and care lines chosen for humidity and Asian hair. Bring your usual products along if you want honest advice on them.

First visit

Forty five minutes for a cut, about two hours for colour. Here is where the time goes.

Dry consultation
We look at your hair before water touches it, talk through your routine and agree the plan and the price.
The work
Wash, cut or colour, with your stylist start to finish. No handovers halfway and no products you did not agree to.
Finish and notes
We style your hair in a way you can repeat at home, then note the formulas and timings for your next visit.
