CoolFlow Aircond Service

About CoolFlow

The crew that checks before it charges

CoolFlow is a five-technician aircond team based in USJ, Subang Jaya, built since 2018 around one habit: diagnose first, then quote firm.

Our story

Started to stop the gas top-up guessing game

Azlan Ibrahim spent ten years maintaining chillers and split units in Kuala Lumpur office towers before starting CoolFlow in 2018 with one van and a borrowed pressure gauge.

What pushed him out on his own was a pattern on the residential side: homeowners charged for gas top-ups when the real fault was a coil nobody had cleaned in years. CoolFlow was built to do the opposite. Check cooling, inspect the coil, then quote the fix that is actually needed.

Eight years on there are three vans and five technicians serving homes, cafes and small offices across the Klang Valley, most on repeat servicing rounds. The founding rule has not moved: never sell gas to fix a dirty coil.

Four rules the crew works by

  • Diagnose before quoting

Cooling performance is measured and the coil inspected before any recommendation. You hear what is wrong and what it costs before anything is opened up.

  • The quote is the invoice

Prices are confirmed on WhatsApp before the visit. If we find something extra on site, work stops until you approve a new written price.

  • Show the work

Before-and-after photos of coils and filters go to your phone on every job. If the difference is not visible, we have not finished.

  • Leave it cleaner

Floor sheets, tool trays and shoe covers on every visit, and a wipe-down before the crew packs up. The room ends tidier than we found it.

The people on the vans

Three vans, five people. These are the technicians you will meet on the job; Salmah runs the WhatsApp desk and keeps the arrival windows honest.

  • Azlan Ibrahim

    Founder and lead technician

Ten years of commercial HVAC maintenance before CoolFlow. Still takes the tricky diagnostic calls and reviews every repair quote before it is sent.

  • Kumar Selvam

    Senior technician, installations

Handles new installations and relocations. Insists on vacuuming every line to spec because shortcuts today are leak calls next year.

  • Wei Sheng

    Technician, chemical wash lead

Runs the chemical wash and overhaul jobs. Tapes plastic sheeting around a unit like the room is an operating theatre.
