What we do
Six services, prices upfront
Rates below are per wall-mounted unit, confirmed on WhatsApp before we schedule the visit. Multi-unit discounts apply from three units in one visit.
Routine servicing
Filter, blower and coil cleaning with a cooling check. Recommended every three to four months for units in daily use.
RM 80/unit
Chemical wash
The indoor unit stripped and washed with coil-safe chemical to clear blocked fins, mould and drip-tray sludge.
RM 160/unit
Chemical overhaul
Full dismantle including fan barrel removal and drain flushing, for units that leak water or blow weak, musty air.
RM 300/unit
Gas top-up
R32 and R410A top-ups done only after a leak check confirms gas is the problem, with pressure readings shown to you.

Repairs and troubleshooting
For units that trip, leak, rattle or refuse to cool. Firm repair quote first; the diagnostic fee is waived if we do the repair.

Installation and relocation
New split units installed with proper vacuuming and pressure testing, and existing units moved carefully when you renovate.
