We then show you 3 free previews of your homepage in different style directions. Pick one, add any remaining content, and pay RM599. We build the full site and email you the moment it is live at yourname.webx.my.

The top half of your homepage, genuinely designed from your answers, in 3 different style directions. They are free and come before any payment. If none of them feels right, you walk away having spent nothing. The preview you pick becomes your actual homepage.

Roughly: what your business does, your services or menu with prices if you want them shown, your contact details and hours, and whatever photos you have. Phone photos are fine; we handle cropping and sizing. Missing photos are filled with quality licensed stock that fits your industry.

Yes. Paste your current address and choose "take the content from my existing website". We pull your text, services, hours and usable images across to pre-fill your answers, and you edit from there. If you connect the same domain later, we also map your old page addresses to the new ones so your Google standing carries over, free.

We do not promise a delivery time, deliberately. After payment you see a "your website is building" page, and you get an email the moment it is live. The email means you never have to sit and wait or keep refreshing.

No. There is no builder or editing login, and that is a deliberate design choice, not a missing feature. You send us the change; we make it, usually within 1 business day. Nothing to learn, nothing to break.

Yes. An automated pipeline designs and writes your site from your answers, and layered automated quality checks review every page before it goes live. You judge the result yourself on a free preview before paying anything.

Four: typically Home, About, Products or Services, and Contact. You can rename or adjust the four when you order, and add more later at RM99 per page (which also adds RM99 to your yearly renewal).

Yes, any language. You choose your site language when ordering; English is just the default. Our own platform, emails and support are in English.

No. WebX only builds informational websites, and we would rather be honest about that than sell you something that fits badly. Selling works better where buyers already are: Shopee, TikTok Shop, a WhatsApp Business catalogue. Your WebX site links out to them with proper "order via" buttons. No, and we never will. Your website and your email are separate services, and mixing them is how businesses lose their inbox when they switch providers. We recommend Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail or plain Gmail, and our domain setup never touches your email settings. More in this guide.

Yes. We do not build websites for religious, cultural, sexual, adult, gambling, political or illegal content, and we screen for this at order time. If we decline your order before any work happens, you pay nothing.

Anything within your existing pages: new text, new photos, new prices, opening hours, promotions, swapped sections. Send it from your account (or WhatsApp) in plain words; no technical description needed. Most changes are done within 1 business day.

No limit on the number of requests and never a bill for them, within fair use: content changes inside your existing pages. A brand-new page is the RM99 Extra Page add-on; a full new look is the RM199 Design Refresh. Unlimited also does not mean instant; the expectation is most changes within 1 business day.

If the same topic goes back and forth several times in a day, we offer to bring in a human team member to sort it out directly, with a 1-business-day turnaround. Usually the fix is better wording of what you want, and we help with that too.

Yes, two ways. Free: keep your domain wherever it is and follow our step-by-step instructions to point it at your site. Managed (RM199/year): we register or manage it for you, handle all the technical records and SSL, and monitor its expiry.

You do, always. Managed domains are registered in your name. If you leave WebX, the domain remains yours to take anywhere.

Losing a domain is genuinely dangerous for a business: expired .com domains get snapped up by resellers within seconds, and .my domains can be suspended the same day. That is why we send warnings from 90 days out for every connected domain, managed or not, and bill managed domains a month ahead of the real deadline so a late payment never touches the danger zone.

RM599 a year, plus any recurring add-ons you chose (RM199 managed domain, RM99 per extra page). Your exact renewal amount is always visible in your account, and reminder emails show it before anything is charged.

Card payment online (auto-renews so your site never lapses by accident), or manual methods like bank transfer with a payment link at renewal time. Malaysian payment options like FPX are on the roadmap shortly after launch.

Your site runs to the end of what you paid for; cancelling never cuts a paid year short. After expiry the site comes offline behind a neutral "temporarily unavailable" page. For 14 days, renewing alone brings it straight back at no extra cost. After that it goes into cold storage, where renewal plus a RM99 reactivation fee restores it. Twelve months after expiry the stored site is permanently deleted, with a final warning email first and the option to buy a ZIP export before deletion.

Yes: within 7 days of your "site is live" email, full refund, provided you have not submitted a change request (the site comes down on refund, and connecting a custom domain counts as keeping it). Renewals refund within 14 days if the new year is unused.

Yes. The ZIP export (RM99) gives you your complete website as standard files any host can serve, with a 7-day download link. It works even after your site has gone offline, right up until cold storage ends.

Uploaded source files (photos, logos) are build inputs, not an archive: they are deleted within 7 days after each project completes, and your dashboard shows every file we hold with its deletion date and a delete-now button. Your live site obviously keeps its images; those are processed copies we maintain for you.

WebX is operated by Pixl Digital (002880290-P), a Malaysian web studio that has been building websites for local businesses since 2014. WebX is the productised version: same craft, fixed price, built to run at scale.

Because you are not paying for meetings, mockup rounds and project management. The building is automated; humans stay involved where they matter (quality standards, support, escalations). You judge the output on a free preview before spending a sen, which is a fairer test than any sales pitch.

For the website itself, yes: build, hosting, https, and unlimited fair-use changes. The only money beyond that is optional add-ons, each priced on the pricing page. No setup fees, no surprise renewal jump, no "premium support" tier.
