Programmes built around your recovery

Every programme starts with the same honest assessment. From there, we recommend only what your recovery actually needs.

Our four core programmes

  • Sports injury rehab

From ankle sprains to hamstring tears, we manage the full arc: early pain control, graded loading, then sport-specific drills until you trust the limb again. Popular with runners, futsal players and badminton regulars.

Physiotherapist guiding a man through a forward-bend mobility exercise in a bright clinic room
  • Post-surgery recovery

Structured rehab after ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair, rotator cuff surgery and knee or hip replacement. We follow your surgeon's protocol and report progress at each milestone.

Physiotherapist supporting a patient's raised leg during side-lying therapy on a blue treatment table
  • Chronic pain and posture

Neck, back and shoulder pain that has outlasted painkillers and massage. We look at how you sit, sleep, lift and train, then rebuild the pattern rather than chase the symptom.

Close-up of a physiotherapist bending a patient's arm across her chest during assisted stretching
  • Home-visit physiotherapy

For post-surgery patients and older adults who cannot travel yet. The same one-hour session, brought to your living room across the Damansara belt.

Physiotherapist supporting a patient's raised arm and hip on a treatment table in a warm-toned studio

Hands-on treatment first, then load, then confidence.

Before your first visit

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No referral is needed for most conditions. If we suspect something that needs imaging or a specialist opinion first, we will tell you at the assessment and point you in the right direction.

What should I wear?

Anything you can move in. Shorts help for knee and ankle work, and a sleeveless top makes shoulder treatment easier. We have a changing room if you are coming from the office.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the injury and how long you have had it. After the first assessment we give you an honest range, and we review it together every few weeks. Simple sprains often need four to six visits, while post-surgery work usually runs longer.

Can I claim through my insurance?

We issue itemised receipts you can submit to your insurer or employer. Many panel plans reimburse physiotherapy when a doctor has recommended it, so check your policy wording first.

Is there parking at the clinic?

There is street parking along the shoplot row and a public car park two minutes away on foot. Allow a little extra time on weekday evenings.

Not sure which programme fits?

Send us a short note about your injury or your surgery date. We will reply with the right starting point and an honest idea of how long recovery takes.
