Projects

Selected work from six years of quiet rooms

Three recent homes, the process behind them, and what it costs to work with us.

Three homes, three briefs

Every project starts from how a family actually lives. These three tell the story best.

  • Hillside condominium, Mont Kiara

An unused formal lounge became a reading corner: one deep armchair, a woven pouf and whitewashed brick, with the television gone from the room entirely.

Cozy reading corner with dark armchair, patterned pouf, pampas grass and whitewashed brick wall
  • Terrace house, Desa ParkCity

The brief was a room for slow evenings. Deep brown walls, a beige linen sofa and a salvaged mantel the owners brought from their old home, rebuilt as the centre of the house.

Beige fabric sofa beside a white fireplace mantel stacked with firewood against a dark brown wall
  • City apartment, Bangsar South

A compact apartment for a couple who host often. Soft sage panelling, a modular sofa that seats seven and storage hidden in the window seat, so the room clears in minutes.

Gray modular sectional sofa with cushions on a patterned rug beside mint-green wall panels

The process

How a project runs

Four stages, each approved before the next begins. No surprises, no drift.

  • Walk and listen

Two hours at your home. We measure, photograph and mostly listen. Within the week you receive a written design direction and a fixed fee proposal.

  • Concept and materials

A sample board for every room, built from pieces you can hold, matched under the light your home actually gets. We revise until it feels inevitable.

  • Drawings and costing

Detailed drawings go to two or three contractors we trust. You see every quote, and the budget is agreed line by line before any work is booked.

  • Build and handover

We walk the site weekly and send photographs the same day. At handover you receive a care file for every material and maker in your home.
