Forge Strength Studio

About the studio

The room where TTDI gets strong

Forge Strength Studio opened in 2019 with a poured lifting platform, sessions capped at six and a stubborn idea: coaching beats equipment.

Our story

Built by coaches, not a franchise

Forge started when two coaches got tired of watching new members get handed a tour, a payment plan and zero instruction. We took a corner lot in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, poured a lifting platform and capped every session at six people so nobody trains unseen.

Seven years on, the model has not changed. Sessions are still coached from warm up to last set, programming still runs in structured blocks, and the front door still opens onto the training floor, not a sales desk.

Nobody trains unseen. That has been the rule since day one and it is why people stay.

What a session looks like

No mirrors, no machines gathering dust. Just a plan, a coach and sixty minutes.

  • Warm up with intent

The first ten minutes prep the exact positions you will load that day. Ankles, hips and shoulders get ready for work, not just warm.

  • Lift under a coach's eye

The main strength work fills the middle of the hour. Your coach sets your weights, watches every working set and adjusts on the spot.

  • Finish and log it

Sessions close with short conditioning and your numbers going into the logbook, so next week starts exactly where this one ended.
