Regular home cleaning
Weekly or fortnightly visits from your assigned two-person team. Floors, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, dusting and bins on a fixed 62-point checklist.

A top-to-bottom reset covering grout, tiles, cabinet fronts, appliance exteriors, skirting and under furniture. Most homes take one full day.

Move in and move out cleaning
Empty-property cleaning for handovers: cabinets inside and out, windows, bathrooms descaled and floors machine-scrubbed, ready for inspection.

Post-renovation cleaning
Fine dust removal after contractors leave: surfaces, grilles, window tracks and light fittings cleaned in two passes, with debris bagged for disposal.

Questions we hear most
Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. Teams bring their own vacuums, mops, colour-coded cloths and cleaning agents. If you prefer we use a specific product of yours, leave it out on the counter and tell us in the booking notes.
Will I really get the same cleaners every visit?
Yes, that is the core of how we work. Your team stays with you for every scheduled visit. If someone is on leave we tell you in advance and send one familiar face alongside the cover, never two strangers.
Are you comfortable with pets at home?
Cats and dogs are part of daily life for most of our teams. Let us know about your pets when booking so we can use pet-safe products and keep gates and doors exactly as we found them.
What does the 48 hour re-clean promise cover?
If any item on the visit checklist was missed or not done to standard, tell us within 48 hours, with a photo if possible. We return, usually within a day, and re-clean that area free of charge.
What happens if something is damaged during a clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we make it right. Teams are covered for accidental damage, and every incident is reported by the cleaner on the day rather than discovered by you later.
How do I pay, and when?
Payment is by bank transfer, card link or e-wallet after each visit, or monthly for regular clients and offices. There are no deposits for standard home cleans.
