Services and fees
What we do and what it costs
Starting fees for every service are listed below. Your written quote is fixed before work begins and reviewed once a year, not mid-engagement.
Four service lines, explained properly
Bookkeeping and monthly accounts
Bank feeds reconciled weekly on cloud software you can log into any time. Each month closes by the 10th with a one-page report covering revenue, margin, cash and a short note on anything that moved more than it should.

Corporate tax
CP204 estimates set realistically, revised in the months the law allows, and Form C filed ahead of the deadline. Tax planning notes arrive before your year end, while there is still time to act on them.

Payroll, EPF and SOCSO
Payslips out on your pay date, with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB calculated and paid in before the 15th. New hires and resignations are handled the same week, and records stay audit-ready.

Advisory and reporting
Quarterly reviews on margins, costing and cash flow, plus forecasts when you are hiring, borrowing or opening a second outlet. You leave each session with three decisions, not thirty pages.

Fee and filing questions, answered
Can we switch to you in the middle of a financial year?
Yes, most clients do. We collect your records from the previous accountant, agree the opening balances and clear any backlog at the catch-up rate before the monthly plan starts. The handover usually takes two to three weeks.
What exactly is inside the monthly fee?
Everything listed in your written quote: reconciliations, the monthly close, your management report and questions answered within one working day by your named accountant. Anything outside the quote is priced before we start, never billed as a surprise.
Which software do you use?
Cloud bookkeeping software that you hold owner access to. If you ever leave us, the file, the history and the logins go with you. We also work inside a client's existing system where it makes sense.
Do I need an audit for my Sdn Bhd?
Not always. Some small private companies qualify for audit exemption based on revenue, assets and headcount thresholds. We check your position each year and, where an audit is required, we prepare the file so the audit runs short and the fee stays low.
What happens if a deadline is missed?
Every statutory date sits in a shared compliance calendar you can see, and reminders start a month early. Since 2021 our clients have paid RM 0 in late-filing penalties caused by us, and if we ever cause one, we pay it.
How is the fixed fee worked out?
Transaction volume, headcount and how tidy the records arrive. You see the workings on the quote itself, and the fee is reviewed once a year with a month's notice, never mid-year.
