Before you book

Do I need to be home during visits?

No. Most clients on the monthly round leave the side gate unlocked on visit day, and the photo report shows exactly what was done. If we need a decision, we message before touching anything.

What happens during monsoon season?

Rained-out visits are rescheduled within the same week, not skipped. Heavy rain months are also when we check drainage, because pooling water does more quiet damage than any pest.

Do you take away the green waste?

Always. Clippings, branches and cleared beds are bagged and loaded onto the lorry the same day. Disposal is included in every quote, so there is nothing left at your gate and no surprise charge.

Can you work with my existing plants?

Yes, and we prefer to. The walkthrough starts with what is already thriving. We keep what suits the spot, move what is struggling, and only suggest replacements where a plant is fighting the conditions.

How do quotes work?

Send a few photos on WhatsApp and we reply with early thoughts and a price range, usually the same day. For monthly plans and builds we then do a free walkthrough, and the confirmed quote follows in writing within two days.
